Their team sends their own newsletters, and every family has its own portal login

Dave DePetris is the founder of So Much to Say, an ABA and educational consulting practice in Milford, Connecticut that serves children with autism and their families. He reached out in April 2025 wanting a redesign along the lines of a couple of larger autism organizations he admired. The full scope was more than they could take on at once, so we suggested doing it in phases, starting with the website and saving a parent portal for later.
To make content easier, we gave Dave a content template and a folder for images with a clear deadline, which he told us he appreciated. We built the site on Breakdance with programs, an About section (mission, enrollment, success stories, FAQs, blog, team and careers), resources and contact pages, and connected the forms and newsletter to FluentCRM. After launch we held a recorded training session with Dave and his team covering editing, SEO, email newsletters and popups.
In phase two we built a Parent Portal. Every family has a login, clinicians share videos and PDFs through each family’s folder, parents can upload home videos, and admins can log in as a parent to walk families through it.
The new website launched in October 2025 and the Parent Portal followed in April 2026. Dave’s team is now sending their own newsletters, and they use the training recording to keep learning the site.
