Live in under two weeks, and a listed resource reached out through the site in its first days

Julie Johnson is a BCBA and an autism parent in Southern Maine. She first came to us at the end of 2025 with a long list of local agencies and therapists she wanted to share with other families, plus a logo and colors she had already put together. She wanted a simple website that made all of that information easy to find. In 2026 she founded The Little Birds Foundation, a non-profit offering childcare and respite for families of children with special needs, and the website needed to grow right along with her.
We organized all of Julie’s agencies into a spreadsheet for her to approve, then brought them into the website as a directory sorted by category, like Speech & Language Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Feeding Therapy and ABA. Brianna designed the homepage around the simple, button-style layouts Julie liked, and adjusted one of her brand colors just enough to pass accessibility contrast on the dark gray. We added a “Join the flock” email signup and a popup when visitors leave the page, both connected to FluentCRM, and walked Julie through adding blog posts herself.
When Julie launched The Little Birds Foundation, we reworked the site for the non-profit: new mission and homepage text, a Services section for in-home care, drop-off events and adult respite events, and a Board section with bios and photos (we made all the photos circles so they feel like one set and play off her logo). We kept the blog, moved the FAQs and blog links into the footer, and set up Stripe so the foundation can accept donations online with an automatic thank-you email.
A warm, easy-to-navigate website that started as a resource for local families and grew into the home of a brand new non-profit. Julie can post blogs, events and updates on her own, and families in York County, Maine and Rockingham and Strafford counties in New Hampshire can find services and support in one place.
