If you're ready to buy a domain name, we've got a recommendation: Cloudflare. Over overpriced registrars? Cloudflare's at-cost registration and renewals can't be beat. Plus, we use Cloudflare to manage DNS and add layers of security to all of the websites we manage. While the dashboard is a little technical (no frills), it's our go-to for reliable domain management and enhanced protection against malicious activity.

Bookeeping can be a chore, but with Zoho Books, it's become much more tolerable. From time tracking to invoicing, downloading bank statements and tracking expenses, it has it all. Neither of us are accountants, but we just hated using Quickbooks (especially the web app). We found Zoho over 10 years ago and haven't looked back!

Let's be honest, posting on social media consistently can be a big PITA. But not if you use MeetEdgar! They've made it SO MUCH EASIER to manage our social media profiles. And, we love not having to sign into the apps individually and manually schedule things. We can create multiple versions, and Edgar does it all!

AI is here to stay, so we can't fight it, we must embrace it. Brianna's favorite is Claude, with Perplexity a close second. Nic's a fan of ChatGPT, but Brianna's been showing him how great the other's are :) The more details you give them, the better they are, so be sure you know your ideal client and teach them all about him/her so they get it!

Although I am and always will be an Adobe girl, Canva has made it easy to create visually appealing graphics to market your business with, and so I must recommend it if you want to market your business. However, you must pay for a professional account and set up your brand colors and fonts. Then, in every template you use, use them!! Not only do you need to post consistently for your marketing to work, you need to look consistent across all platforms. 

The BEST place on the internet to go for free stock photography is hands-down Unsplash. The images are unique, the content ever changing. You're sure to find something you need. They've just added vector art, and they do have a subscription to get even more unique images. 

If you need vector art for custom graphics or icons we like Vecteezy. It's a good place to get inspiration. You'll be able to find graphics that fit your style and your brand story to use on your website, social media posts or presentations.
